Hi can anyone let me know how to format my diagnostic tool if I turn it off at any point cannot remember my pin for screen lock so I have left it on and pluged in thankyou -

In a first place why would you want to have a PIN Lock....................? Another thing is even when you want to format it will ask the PIN and when you format it you will loss all your software and if your subscription is expired than you are in deep sh****t........So, think twice before you format it.............

Hi thankyou for your reply the pin lock was used because the last tool was stolen and
for formating is it keeps on frezzing or I will need to take it autel in luton post will take
too long and I still have updates until 2020 august

If you can still update your tool till 2020 than you can do a Factory Reset after that download all the software again......................But, as I said if it has a Pin Code than it might ask for the pin code to do the factory reset..........Good Luck

Hi the issue was solved by autel within minutes it was formatted must have updates to
carry out this thankyou -
